Infrastructure Engineer
Supports infrastructure systems by translating requirements and specifications into sustainable designs, collaborating with senior engineers. Works on creating flexible, scalable, and maintainable system designs with guidance from more experienced team members. Assists in infrastructure planning, engineering, and architecture while helping to create clear technical documentation. Contributes to modifying existing systems and developing prototypes, prepping hardware and software configurations for installation. Participates in testing infrastructure to identify and resolve issues, and helps deliver validated systems. Evaluates existing systems, provides recommendations on resource needs, and assesses new service options. Offers post-implementation support and assists in making system enhancements.
During the warmer months, I enjoy hiking, camping, and exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway.
I love watching thriller movies and my guilty pleasure is reality television.
I practice Spanish, play the piano, and spend time learning about the latest trends in technology, particularly in relation to my homelab.
